About your football coach
I have coached youth football for 13 years and still coaching now. I currently have my own football team and track team. I coach all positions on the field. Lineman, linebacker. Receiver, QB, running backs, cornerback and kicker. Offense and Defense. I focus on building athletes strength based on the position. The more the athlete is aware of their body and how to control their movements, the better results you will have. My coaching style is direct and I focus on getting results.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson will meanly focus on learning the athlete’s strengths and weaknesses. What is the goal of training then putting the plan together to reach that goal.
Lesson 11+Clear improvements will be seen. Confidence in the athletes movements and understanding will be improved. Every session we get better!
Lesson 4-10By this time we will be deep in the workouts. The athletes will have adjusted physically and mentally to the workouts.
Lesson 2-3The second and third lesson plans are going to be focused on learning the techniques tips that will take us towards the goal.
Youth players
Working with kidsLearning the basics of movement. Hand,eye coordination and body control.
Working with teenagersIt all depends on the athlete and their goals. Are you a beginner or seasoned? It’s all based on what is needed.
What you need to bringThe basic, athletic wear depending on the weather. Training shoes or cleats. Hydration!
