Drew is a 3-star QB whom I’ve had the pleasure to work with since middle school. Drew has trained speed mechanics, agility, reactive speed, and overall strength within my lessons with him. Drew will be entering his junior year, with two years of varsity experience already under his belt.

Beginner training plan

Your first trainingAssessment of movement patterns, stability, strength, weaknesses, sport IQ, and a conversation of goals wanted to be accomplished

Training 2-3Programming each session based off of our initial assessment and goal conversation.

Training 4-10Continuing to enhance skillset and will be tested before lesson 10 to see improvement.

Training 11+We will build on progression of programming. By this time we’ve already identified and strengthened the weaknesses from the initial assessment
