## Reviews

> Michael is a highly detail-oriented and disciplined trainer who understands the “why” behind every exercise and is always open to questions. He strikes a strong balance between pushing you and encouraging you while also emphasizing the mental side of training. Beyond workouts, he holds you accountable with nutrition and sleep and adapts his approach to what actually gets you results.

> Coach Michael has great knowledge of football recruiting and how to get a player to the next level from the high school level, that’s the biggest help I needed. He was able to connect me to college coaches and help improve my understanding of college recruiting and he gave me an in depth evaluation and better knowledge of my strengths and weaknesses.

> Michael has given me a greater understanding of the game from a football IQ standpoint, understanding leverage, coverage, and overall defensive strategy to have an advantage over other players. What he has taught me is some of the most valuable information I have been taught throughout my career.
