Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI will teach them the basic skills and fundamentals about how to use your body and how it plays into the game.
Lesson 4-10At this point they will know the daily warmups and daily drills and just get started and we can start going!!!
Lesson 2-3They can except to pace to slowly get a little more choppy to where they would have to know a certain amount of things
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonYou will make them feel comfortable to learn about the body and why it helps to maintain a healthy lifestyle to be able to play this sport
Lesson 11+they will see their craft increasing and be able to do most of these things at home
Lesson 4-104th-10th lesson I will expect them to know the daily drills and warmups and to be able to perform certain things on their own
Lesson 2-3They can expect the pace to start picking up on certain things
