Beginner training plan
Your first lessonMy first lesson will be more of an evaluation. So I will run the athletes through multiple types of speed and agility tests to see where they’re at.
Lesson 4-10Now that we’ve narrowed everything down we will work on very specific drills for the athlete and alternate between speed training days and position specific days with conditioning all throughout. We can also add some weightlifting in if wanted.
Lesson 2-3We will start to work on beginner level position specific work and see what the athlete needs to work on.
