Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI start off by seeing how much the athletes know about the sport they are interested in playing. We begin to gain trust and build confidence in each athlete. Do some drills and exercises
Lesson 11+Now we can focus on executing the position of the player. They will learn how to perform in game time situations. Athletes will have full confidence and ability to play the position of their choice.
Lesson 4-10Continue to work on fundamentals and understanding the position that they want to play. Everything will be at a faster pace and drills will become more challenging. Strength and Speed will be more of a focus
Lesson 2-3Athletes should expect to work on fundamentals, getting stronger and faster. Start to gain faith in their ability to improve their performance
