Your first lessonI will have athlete perform basic exercises and see if he or she can do basic moments and also see his or her flexibility
Lesson 4-10This just depends on the athlete and where he or she is , can’t really tell you what what we will do in session 4. The goal is to improve each session. All youth athletes are different and learn differently.
Lesson 2-3Pick up from first session and start doing more movement for their sport
What you need to bringIf we’re training for Tennis, Hockey, Lacrosse bring your equipment. Soccer goalie bring your pads. Bring cleats / appropriate shoes and water
