I have been training with coach K for over 3 years now and he has helped me in many different ways with baseball, hockey, and just my athleticism in general. I’ve gained many things from training with him but my speed and quickness is by far what I’ve improved on the most. I went from being one of the slowest on my teams to now always being the fastest. Working out with coach K has had a major affect on my game and has helped me so much.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI will have athlete perform basic exercises and see if he or she can do basic moments and also see his or her flexibility
Lesson 4-10This just depends on the athlete and where he or she is , can’t really tell you what what we will do in session 4. The goal is to improve each session. All youth athletes are different and learn differently.
Lesson 2-3Pick up from first session and start doing more movement for their sport
