Your first lessonI like to start by stretching and warming up. Then do a basic Speed and agility circuit and end with position specific drills and technique work. Find out the athletes specific goals and weaknesses and make a plan the reach those goals.
Lesson 2-3We will do everything from the first workout just faster and more in-depth. Get athletic measurements if possible.
