Advanced training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson will begin with what to expect during the session. Footwork, cone work, how to properly catch the football, what a good stace looks like, where you should be looking when the ball comes, and discussing the importance of confidence.
Lesson 11+Lessons 11+ will be a combination of the above plus learning to catch numerous footballs during routes. You will learn how to run the 2 minute drill and how to catch the go ball while on the move.
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4-10 will consist of the above skills plus how to run route vs different defensive coverages. You will also learn skills to be able to beat press release. We will run live routes with coach throwing the football. How to catch the go ball stationary will be an emphasis during lessons 4-10.
Lesson 2-3Sessions 2-3 will consist of learning similar skills to the first session. We will work how to run the route tree and what it looks like to run good routes.

If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.

About your football coach

Former three year starting slot receiver for the Oregon State Beavers. With over 15 years of football coaching, I am dedicated to improving skill development, attention to detail to our goals, passion, consistency, and a motivator. My approach balances strategic learning with an enjoyable, challenging environment. We will work skills to become a complete wide receiver such as footwork, agility, cone work, route running, beating press release, reading defensive coverages, man vs zone, and ball skills.
