After my senior season in high school, I was not heavily recruited and getting a scholarship was n uphill battle. I decided to work with coach initially on speed but as time went on we started to work on agility and football drills. During these sessions, I was improving physically and mentally enough that I was able to earn a post grad year where I ultimately earned a scholarship to Colombia University. I know for certain that without Coach’s dedication, energy and guidance, I wouldn’t be where I’m at today.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson will be an evaluation. I am looking to see how you move physically as well as how fast and effective you process new information.
Flexibility test, speed, agility, stability, conditioning.
Lesson 11+Continue to improve from the first evaluation period while preparing for the next .
Lesson 4-10Between the fourth and tenth session will feature the evaluation period. I am looking to see how the drills and techniques are being developed through the numbers.
Lesson 2-3The next session will be based on what I see from the evaluation as well as the things you feel you need improving.
Youth players
Working with kidsWhen working with kids I believe that you have to base the level of your session to the level of the child at the time. As time goes on, intensity increases based on how fast they are developing.
Working with teenagersTeenagers deal with a lot of changes both physical and mental. When training teenagers, it would be essential for me to challenge them based on their physical abilities while keeping their mental fitness in mind as well.
