Jonathan Haden is a football coach and trainer with over six years of experience developing athletes at the high school, collegiate, and private training levels. A former Division I student-athlete, Jonathan brings firsthand experience from elite football programs into every training session, emphasizing discipline, football IQ, and real game preparation. Jonathan played Division I football at the University of Arizona and the University of Alabama at Birmingham on full scholarship, where he gained deep insight into the physical, mental, and technical demands required to compete at the next level. His playing career laid the foundation for his coaching philosophy: prepare athletes not just to perform, but to understand the game. Following his playing career, Jonathan transitioned into coaching, serving in roles at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Boston College, and the University of Maryland. His experience includes working with running backs and defensive backs, assisting in film breakdown, scouting reports, practice planning, player evaluations, and game-week preparation. He has also served as an offensive assistant and coordinator, giving him a comprehensive understanding of offensive systems, protections, and positional responsibilities. As a football trainer, Jonathan specializes in position-specific skill development, speed and movement mechanics, football IQ training, and preparing athletes for the transition to higher levels of competition. His training goes beyond drills—athletes learn why techniques matter, how schemes work, and what coaches at the next level expect. Jonathan is passionate about mentorship, accountability, and helping athletes maximize their potential both on and off the field. His mission is to bridge the gap between talent and preparation by giving athletes the tools, confidence, and knowledge needed to compete at their highest level.
