Lesson 11+Lessons 11 and forward will be more about perfecting the athlete’s footwork and ability to be explosive lesson 12 we will test on the basic drills again to show improvement.
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4-10 is where things will pick up athletes will begin to do the drills faster and we will add in more advanced drills
Lesson 2-3After initial baseline testing based on results and the athletes ability’s this will determine the beginning steps in lessons 2-3 we will do athlete specific drills to improve on whatever skills they are lacking in first few lessons will be starting from the basics and learning how to do each drill slowly but surely
