Your first lessonPosition specific warm. Stance evaluation. Strength and conditioning evaluation. Cone drills. Mostly seeing where they're at athletically. Goals addressed at the end.
Lesson 11+Re evaluation measurables (40 time, 3 cone, etc) plays ran at game speed

Working with teenagersSame as mentioned above but faster pace. More work tacked on as the weeks progress. More X's and O's. Times drills for measurable growth 📈
