Beginner training plan
Your first lessonDuring the first session, our lesson will involve ensuring the athlete has endurance, physical capabilities, and also determination to complete workouts provided by myself.
Lesson 11+From lesson 11 and all we’ll focus on repetition repetition repetition. At this point it is vital for me to drill what we’re fine tuning. We will still focus on what needs to be corrected, but it’s important to point out what we’re already good at and how we can keep those skills sharp. From here we are developing their entire skill set as an athlete and football player
Lesson 4-10Lesson 4 to 10 would be more tailored on gathering athlete insight to formulate the consistent routine and figure out for those lessons where I would make a progress where we stagnant and also at the moment what we need to focus more on.
