• Refine all fundamentals
• Position-specific techniques with more speed and intensity
• Introduce advanced drills and plays
• Team Drills (15–20 min): Full scrimmages or game-situation reps
• Cool Down (5 min): Stretch, review performance, set next goals
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4–10 (Beginner → Early Intermediate Football)
• Warm-Up (10 min): Dynamic stretches, agility ladders, light sprints.
• Skills & Drills (20–25 min):
• Refine stance, footwork, and hand techniques
• Position-specific skills (blocking, tackling, routes, catching)
• Introduce simple plays and basic team concepts
• Team Drills (15 min): Small-sided, controlled scrimmages to practice spacing and teamwork
• Cool Down (5 min): Stretch, recap progress, set goals for next practice
Lesson 2-3Lessons 2–3 (Beginner Football)
