Beginner training plan
Your first lessonDepends on age and position. For younger players I believe in developing the whole football player. Starting with footwork, learning how to distribute power in any direction, and building up the athlete as a whole.
For older players we can focus more on specific position drills while also a focus on injury prevention.
Youth players
Working with kidsThe main goal with younger athletes is keeping them excited about the game of football. I currently teach as a profession and understand the importance of keeping them engaged and excited at all times.
Working with teenagersEvery session will be individualized. Every player is different and my goal is to meet them where they are at, and help them acquire the tools they need to be successful in football with their teams.
