Jordan
I helped Jordan become a better football player by focusing on building his confidence, teaching him the basics, and making sure he had fun while learning. Since Jordan is still young, I kept things simple and made sure he understood the fundamentals like how to hold the ball, how to stay low when running, and how to follow directions during drills. We practiced often, using fun games and short exercises to keep him engaged while improving his skills. I also made sure to encourage him every step of the way, celebrating his progress and effort. Over time, Jordan became more focused, more skilled, and started to really enjoy playing football.
Bryce
I helped Bryce become a better defensive lineman by focusing on his technique, strength, and understanding of the game. We worked on his stance, hand placement, and explosiveness off the line to help him get a quicker first step. I taught him how to shed blocks using rip and swim moves and how to maintain gap control to stop the run. We also practiced reading the offensive line to recognize run versus pass plays. Bryce improved his focus, became more physical, and started playing with more confidence and discipline. Over time, he turned into a strong, reliable force on the defensive line.
Allen
I helped Allen become a better linebacker by working on his positioning, tackling technique, and ability to read plays quickly. We focused on his stance and first step so he could react faster off the snap and fill gaps more effectively. I taught him how to stay low, wrap up when tackling, and take good pursuit angles to the ball. We also went over how to read the offense—watching the quarterback and linemen to anticipate runs or passes. Allen showed a lot of heart and hustle, and with consistent practice, he became more aggressive, more confident, and a real leader on defense
Tyson
I helped Tyson become a better defensive back by teaching him the fundamentals of coverage, footwork, and reading the quarterback. We focused on backpedaling drills, breaking on the ball, and staying low in his stance to improve his reaction time. I also worked with him on recognizing offensive formations and understanding receiver routes so he could anticipate plays better. During one-on-one drills, I pushed him to stay disciplined, use his hands legally, and keep his eyes on the hips of the receiver. Over time, Tyson became more confident in coverage, quicker in his breaks, and smarter on the field.
Tj
I helped TJ become a better wide receiver by working with him on his route running, catching technique, and overall football IQ. We spent time perfecting his footwork so he could make sharp, clean cuts on his routes, and I taught him how to create separation from defenders using speed and body positioning. I also helped him improve his hands through repetition, teaching him to catch the ball with his fingertips and look it in every time. We watched film together to help him understand defensive coverages and where to find open space. As a result, TJ became more precise, confident, and dependable on the field.
Pj
I helped PJ become a better running back by focusing on developing his speed, footwork, and confidence. We worked on agility drills like cone cuts and ladder footwork to improve his quickness and ability to change direction. I also helped him learn how to properly hold the football to prevent fumbles and taught him how to read the field so he could find open lanes. Throughout our training, I encouraged him to believe in himself, stay focused, and push through challenges. Over time, PJ became more explosive, smarter on the field, and more confident in his role as a running back.
