Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson would be about the mental aspect of playing quarterback. Talking about how it’s the hardest position in football. Go over reading numbers, depth, leverage, and matchups pre snap.
Lesson 4-10We start with our qb warm up then get into passing concepts and pre snap progression. Part of reading a defense is knowing how defense detects where we go with the football.
Lesson 2-3The second lesson and third lesson is where I go over the qb warm up. I will also be evaluating and coaching the qb up on his mechanics.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonFor the first lesson, knowing that the qb will be more advanced. I’m still going over the mental aspect of the game and pre snap progression. I will introduce our qb warm up.
Lesson 4-10QB Warmup, passing concepts, reading a defense, and evaluate his/her mechanics.
Lesson 2-3QB Warm Up then we get into passing concepts and reading a defense. Part of reading a defense textbook is knowing how defense detects where we go with the football.
