Your first lessonBODY CONTROL-
We will start off with the basics : body control, change of direction, footwork, technique & form
Lesson 11+Taking all the tools and putting them together, this will be full simulation of the game . Helping bring it to life and understanding how to fully prepare and execute drills, thought process, and reactionary critical thinking . This phase preps the athlete in a manner that challenges every tool in the shed . (Intensity varies by age/tier of athletes. Unlocking the mind to see the whole game.
Lesson 4-10GAME SPEED REACTION- building on the foundation and teaching athletes how to trust their fundamentals and form their own identity within the game . Learning what their “role” is and providing the resources in order to start the process of mastering their craft
Lesson 2-3Rules of the game, gain knowledge and understanding of the flow of REAL FOOTBALL. Helping prepare kids/athletes with tools easily transferable for flag, tackle, and 7-on-7 football.

Youth players
Working with kidsI teach kids the basics and fundamentals of the game; skills and drills, agility , change of direction, throwing/catching/running techniques. Bringing all my knowledge into a perspective that is easy to grasp while still being fulfilling enough to recognize it’s next level training - this is directly transferable to flag, 7on7, and tackle football- or just for the backyard with friends and family.
Working with teenagersProviding a deeper dive and more advanced approach. Taking the fundamentals and putting them to the test . Reaction, agility, football IQ is at a premium, preparing athletes for next level athletics
What you need to bringWater & hydration ( at least 2 water bottles and 1 electrolyte drink - Gatorade, Powerade , propel, etc. Proper footwear cleats or turf shoes. Shorts or sweat pants, athletic gear (optional) such as gloves and other accessories
What I can bringI will provide ALL equipment necessary- agility ladders, hurdles, footballs, speaker, etc
