Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson would be slow to medium pace, walk-through of drills and techniques to the drills discussion of terminology for pass routes
Lesson 4-10Continuation of improved speed technique complete review of terminology of pass routes and skills performed within the first three weeks
Lesson 2-3Next couple sessions we pick up the pace with the drills and improve on technique. We add footballs to the past routes that we will run.
Youth players
Working with teenagers7th to 9th grade.
What you need to bringYou need to bring water, wear appropriate clothing for the weather, cleats would be preferable
