Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson will be a general critique of the athlete so I can figure out exactly where their skills
Lesson 11+Lesson 11 and on will cover everything in the previous lessons and will be heavily focused on strength training
Lesson 4-10Lessons four through 10 will be focusing on building the athlete strength as well as fast twhich muscles to get them
Lesson 2-3Lessons 2 through three will dive in more into corrective measures on how to properly run jump, as well as increasing speed, stamina, and strength
