Beginner training plan
Your first trainingI would start from the basic really simple and functional so that they are able to catch what’s going on
Training 2-3There second class would be more focused on the things we learned from the first class so that the third class could be on something new
Training 4-10We should have a good understanding of what we are trying to do. And things would be a lot of performance and skill based
Training 11+This called the clean up time just cleaning up all the minor mistakes until it feels like you could do this in your sleep
Advanced training plan
Your first trainingAdvanced training is my passion I take on everything that I have learned in my career and try to bring the best out of a player
Training 2-3The second lesson I’ll kick up the movement pattern so that I could show the player how to move effectively to become a better play maker
Training 4-10Around this time we have built trust in each other and now it’s time to work. I would use my NFlL drills and mindset to prepare the player for in game and high intensity moments.
Training 11+The player is prepared to play at a high level everything in these lessons are at full speed everything should be moving at 110% percent so we could get the best possible game scenario and mindset
Youth players
Working with teenagersWhen working with younger groups I plan on keep things technical. I want to build up confidence in the ability before I add on the mastering parts of the program
