Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first session will always be an introductory session. Giving athletes and understanding of what to be expected of them. We will do some exercises and movements to gauge ones athletic ability
Lesson 11+The athlete will be expected to perform at a high level every session. Exercise difficulty will increase while still harping heavily on technique
Lesson 4-10Will still be a focus on technique and conditioning while slowly working our way into more intense movements and exercises.
