Beginner training plan
Your first trainingWe start with an assessment of movement, coordination, conditioning and sport-specific fundamentals. I learn the athlete’s experience, goals, strengths and areas needing development. Then we introduce foundational drills at their level so I can build a personalized progression with proper technique, confidence and safety first.
Training 2-3We begin building the foundation. Athletes work on proper movement mechanics, footwork, balance, coordination, speed and conditioning while introducing sport-specific skills. Each session builds from the assessment, with an emphasis on technique before intensity. Expect coaching, repetition and measurable challenges.
Training 4-10Now we progress. Training becomes faster, more challenging and increasingly sport-specific. Athletes develop acceleration, agility, reaction, change of direction, conditioning and position skills while improving mobility and body control. Drills progress based on performance—not just the lesson number—so development stays individualized.
Training 11+This is where fundamentals become performance. We continue progressing speed, strength, conditioning, mobility and sport-specific skills while targeting individual weaknesses. Athletes are challenged physically and mentally through competitive drills and advanced progressions designed to build confidence, discipline and game-ready performance. Also incorporating Recovery.
