Youth players
Working with kidsKids that just wanna play and have fun need to adapt the teamwork mindset and fundamentals of football I’ll be strict but not strict everyone needs discipline and I mean I’m doing what my brothers did to me when I was a kid
Working with teenagersTeenagers should already have the mindset from right, wrong, teamwork, self-discipline, effort, and etc at this age I mean if you wanna get better then I mean do what you gotta do to get better and if I’m gonna be the one to coach you up then I mean it’s gonna be hard and a lot of work to do but it’s now or never giving you the chance I never had when I was a teen since my brother where out of the house already
What you need to bringIf you want tackling then helmet, pads, mouth pieces! Just for regular just helmets so we can get used to them being on! Make sure you bring plenty of water cause I condition a lot
What I can bringLet me know if you need me to bring stuff but I will most definitely have footballs and the motivation for the program!
