Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI take a holistic approach when working with players. First, I'll help you become more aware of your body. From there, we'll work on building stability, boosting hip strength, calming the mind, and encouraging a lifelong commitment to physical activity. This involves dynamic stretching, explosive movements, body control drills, goal setting, stretching for better positioning, and enhancing coordination.
Lesson 11+Participants can expect to progress to intermediate or proficient levels in their skills. This journey involves developing good hip disassociation, ensuring a solid loaded phase during movement, mastering a well-executed pre-passing triangle phase, and achieving a smooth follow-through. ๏ฟผ They might not reach advanced status just yet, so lessons 11 and beyond will focus on sharpening your football IQ, adding more complex decision-making, and maintaining muscle stability through higher standards, more quality repetitions, and better visual checks. Aim to engage your legs and hips downward while keeping your neck up and alignedโ€”stay attentive to your neck position throughout.
Lesson 4-10Player-specific testing involves assessing various attributes such as quickness, acceleration, top speed, agility in multiple directions, coordination, hip mobility, core stability, glute activation, overall balance, dynamic stability, and explosive power. During each movement, it's important to stay mindful of muscle engagement and activation.
Lesson 2-3The baseline assessment includes evaluating position-specific goals, dynamic stretching, quickness, explosion, and targeted stretches for each position, along with coordination. This evaluation focuses on dynamic stretching, quickness, and stability tailored to each player, testing for aspects like speed, agility, and coordination.

What you need to bringParticipants should bring appropriate outdoor sports cleats, comfortable tennis shoes for practice, enough water to stay hydrated during the session, a sweat towel, their own football in their preferred size or the one they plan to use for the game, and a positive attitude to stay motivated and supportive.

What I can bringI share a range of athletic equipment, including quarterback net training tools, several footballs, dumbbells, weight training gear, backup footballs, and resistance bands.
