Your first lessonTalk with the athlete to learn what motivates them and why they want to play. Learn what position they want to play. Start with basic stances and foot placement.
Lesson 11+Focus on fine details and intensity
Lesson 4-10Drills focused on their desired position or position they might be good at. Work on position confidence and intensity.
Lesson 2-3Start with exercises and review stances and foot placement. Learn positions, hole numbers, and gap letters. Work on foot movement, and hand placement/movements.
