Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson is establishing a base line for where the athlete is and coming up with a realistic goal as to where they will be. Also explaining my expectations when it comes to effort and respect.
Lesson 11+Clear understanding of the basics and working towards mastering them.
Lesson 4-10By the 5th session with me, athletes should know how I operate and my expectations. Show up ready and let’s get to work.
Lesson 2-3Expand on lesson 1 by going into more detail with the athletes needs and establishing a solid base.
