Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson would be to figure out what position they would want to play and start off with the basics of it which would be footwork hand eye coordination and as well as basic movements of the position
Lesson 11+Once we’ve made it here we can now hold each other accountable on what we know he or she can do. this is the stage where we need to start to see improvement of from where we first started and perfect his or her craft
Lesson 4-10Once we have the basics down I want them to come to me with something they would like to improve on and build up from our first experience working together
Lesson 2-3After the first lesson we should grow off that and learn bit by bit to start to improve on the basics of said position
What you need to bringIf younger then high school please bring your own size ball and a bottle of water
What I can bringI am able to bring parachutes ladders cones resistance bands and footballs for highschool and college as well as weights
