Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFor the first lesson if will primarily be an evaluation of how the athlete moves thru agility drills. Then we will work thru some football position specific drills. We will consult and formulate at plan to prioritize certain movements and skills.
Lesson 11+Continued review and skill development. Introduction of more drills that address the same skills. Reviewing videos of drills to more efficiently correct mistakes.The pace of the drills will increase.
Lesson 4-10We will continue to rep and review the skills we’ve worked. I will begin to introduce new skills. We will continue to rep skills previously learned but at a faster pace.
