Chris works with my son he is transitioning from OL to TE, and it has been an awesome experience. My son loves him, he is extremely profession in his approach, but at the same time he customizes each lesson to the appropriate level of the player. It is obvious he knows how to develop players, his professional experience speaks for itself, but he really is a great teacher. I would highly recommend training with Chris to any serious, committed player that wants to take their skill to the next level.

Chris is an amazing coach...having had no experience whatsoever in playing football he made me feel comfortable, safe, and at ease. His eye for body mechanics and movement is phenomenal!! He explained every move to me and I was able to improve in the areas I needed to! I will continue to work with him, he was exactly what I was looking for in a coach!

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson is our introduction, so it will be more general and less specific. The athlete is getting to know me and I’m getting to know the athlete as a person, but I’m also evaluating them to see their biggest areas of strength and weaknesses. Then I can tailor a specific plan.
Lesson 2-3We will be building the fundamentals. My theme is “the only way to mastery is through fundamentals”. When you master or hone in the fundamentals we can build on top of that foundation. By lesson 11 you will still be doing that.
But every session you should see improvement in your footwork, quickness, cognition and cognitive application, football IQ, and catching.
How fast each person progresses depends on the person and every individual is…. individual. I’m not comparing you to anyone else, but yourself.
