Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI will get to know you on aspects outside of skill, need to know football knowledge (routes, rules, etc), will run routes/ throw routes, will find a good starting point for lesson 2
Lesson 2-3Will work on what I think would be a good starting point for you and focus on it until I see a large improvement, if WR/RB most likely will be route running and hand eye coordination, if QB will likely be focusing on throwing motion and finishing.
Lesson 4-10Will be getting harder and harder as we progress, I will be able to unlock the whole route tree for you if WR and if QB I will be able to have you put passes on the money. If you are really struggling on one aspect more likely then not we will spend some lessons focusing on just that but if you need some work here and there we can work around it all
Lesson 11+Will start deep diving into reading a defense, how to have a good pocket presence, how to beat press coverage, and much more in depth stuff.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonWill get an understanding of who and where you are as an athlete and not just a football player, Will most likely be a lot of throwing and catching to get an idea of where we are at
Lesson 2-3Will work on big picture things first such as hand eye coordination, form, route running etc
Lesson 4-10Will dive into the smaller details like footwork, expanding route tree, how to beat press coverage, etc
Lesson 11+Will get into deep football knowledge, should have a whole route tree if a WR and if QB should be able to have full idea of where to put the ball and when, will teach the different gaps and how to read a defense
Youth players
Working with kidsI have been teaching kids and teenagers for around 4 years now, I love being able to expand and grow a kids game, I will treat your kid like an adult but will not expect them to preform like one immediately, my job is to grow them and not expect them to be grown, I can work with all skill levels from never touching a football before to playing football everyday of the week.

What you need to bringBring football cleats, gloves preferably (unless QB training), water, if you have a ball that you feel really comfortable with bring it.
What I can bringI will provide balls, cones, pylons, extra water, and other training equipment depending on what we will be doing.
