Beginner training plan
Your first trainingI will get to know you on aspects outside of skill, need to know football knowledge (routes, rules, etc), will run routes/ throw routes, will find a good starting point for lesson 2
Training 2-3Will work on what I think would be a good starting point for you and focus on it until I see a large improvement, if WR/RB most likely will be route running and hand eye coordination, if QB will likely be focusing on throwing motion and finishing.
Training 4-10Will be getting harder and harder as we progress, I will be able to unlock the whole route tree for you if WR and if QB I will be able to have you put passes on the money. If you are really struggling on one aspect more likely then not we will spend some lessons focusing on just that but if you need some work here and there we can work around it all
Training 11+Will start deep diving into reading a defense, how to have a good pocket presence, how to beat press coverage, and much more in depth stuff.
Advanced training plan
Your first trainingWill get an understanding of who and where you are as an athlete and not just a football player, Will most likely be a lot of throwing and catching to get an idea of where we are at
