Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson will be going over the basic mindset of the position, learning about the player themselves, how the player wants to evolve and emulate their game, and the fundamentals of the position.
Lesson 11+Depending on the experience of the athlete and how well they are grasping the fundamentals and initial nuances, this will vary. Football is an art form and shouldn’t be rushed. I want to make sure every student is well equipped to handle the deep nuances and of the position before diving into them and learning more about scheme differences and the overall knowledge of how to attack certain offensive schemes/players.
Lesson 4-10A deeper dive into the nuances of the position and how to translate biomechanics to those nuances.
Lesson 2-3Continued development on the fundamentals and mindset, honing in the small things that are required for all phases of the game.
What you need to bringBring your energy most of all, as well as cleats and any other specific equipment you may want to include, like a helmet or jumping ladders
What I can bringI can share balls, cones, ladders, a parachute, a high altitude mask, and things to tackle
