Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe will work together to develop your needs as an athlete and as a football player. I will do a lot of observing in lesson one. We will work on minute details to start
Lesson 11+Grow and continue to get better and better as a player
Lesson 4-10Continue to refine mechanics, start to develop route tree and bigger skills
Lesson 2-3Begin to develop those small details and work on mechanics to start before we work on bigger picture skills
Youth players
Working with kidsDeveloping skills as a receiver or cornerback early on as an athlete is absolutely critical to achieve later on down the line. We will work a lot on fundamentals and small details - things that lay the groundwork for ultimate success.
