Beginner training plan
Your first lessonInstill the basics and overall fundamental aspect of the sport.
Lesson 11+Alternate between skills days and play days. Training sessions will start to increase (1-2). Work hard with players through skill days and be rewarded with a fun play day at the end of the week
Lesson 4-10Start to work on fundamental skill sets. Work with players least strong attributes and encourage them to get better. Looking for ways to create fun when they’re down
Lesson 2-3Discover an interest in football and look for key aspects that the player finds amusing. Finding drills the player likes to gain interest in the sport
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonBased on players position, I will test players mobility, strength, ball awareness, coordination, and footwork.
Lesson 11+Full dive into my coaching program. Player will be fully immersed in their off-field diet and exercise. Strengthening players weaknesses and elevating their skills at their position.
Lesson 4-10Build a nutritional and exercise regimen for the player. This will include recommended diet plans, off-day recovery, and strength workouts. Conditioning will start.
Lesson 2-3Identify players weaknesses and challenges on the field. Work with correcting players technique, no physical conditioning yet.
Youth players
Working with teenagersI understand this is where a player shows their struggles and self doubt. This is also where a player makes the most improvement. At this age, players can learn the proper skills and techniques to advance their career. Players are also getting assigned positions which they will need specific instruction to better them at their new position. I will work with developing into said position and push players to be become serious competitive football players.
