Lesson 11+Experts will undergo game scenarios, higher level focus in cone drills, effective movement and body control, this will be physically and mentally challenging, this will be very position specific
Lesson 4-10Mentally & physically challenging with a higher focus in technique.
Lesson 2-3Continuing to understand the fundamentals while applying more guidance around different techniques.
