Youth players
Working with kids I will focus on building a strong foundation of fundamental skills, including speed, endurance and footwork, while emphasizing the importance of teamwork and communication on the field. I'll create an environment where they feel supported and motivated, encouraging them to develop discipline, work ethic, and resilience. Through structured drills, tactical lessons, and friendly competition, I'll ensure that they not only improve technically but also understand the mental and strategic aspects of the game.

Working with teenagers I will focus on developing both their physical and mental skills, emphasizing technique, discipline, and strategic understanding of the game. I’ll introduce drills that enhance core skills like blocking, tackling, passing, and route running, while also teaching them the importance of agility, strength, and efficient movement. Beyond physical training, I will work on improving their game awareness, teaching them how to read defenses, make quick decisions, and understand offensive and defensive schemes.
