Coach B’s training completely transformed my game! Before working with him, I was barely getting any playing time. Now, thanks to his program, I’m faster and sharper than ever. His attention to detail, and constant encouragement pushed me beyond my limits. For warning he ain’t for everyone he will work you half to death but you will come out stronger and faster than ever!!!!The confidence and skills I’ve gained have made me a starter this season, and I couldn’t be more excited to get on the field and show what I’ve learned. Lesson 11+Encourage learning through gameplay in a controlled environment. For example if the numbers allowed have a 7-on-7 touch football or flag drill so athletes get a feel of game like situations
