About your football coach
I did football and Track at Henry Clay High school from 2007 to 2011. I played football at Eastern Kentucky University from 2012 to 2016. I ran track Unattached in 2019. I coached running backs, wide receivers, and defensive backs and Ive coached sprinters and distance runners across different regions of Kentucky.

What impressed me was running the 40, which really helped improve my speed and endurance. Bo’s coaching kept the lesson engaging and focused. If you want to sharpen your football skills in a fun and effective way, this lesson is definitely worth trying!
