Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe will go over the basics of footwork and basic technique and what it should look like.
Lesson 11+We will pick up the momentum and tempo and it will be more competitive than before.
Lesson 4-10We will go through drills on how to tackle, strip the ball, cover the ball, and also how to play your position.
Lesson 2-3Will determine on how much they remember from the first lesson.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonWe are going to go over my expectations and then go into the footwork and their agility.
Lesson 11+Being competitive. Being more strict and disciplined about what I’m teaching you to do on the field.
Lesson 4-10Focusing on the position or positions they play already and critique them.
