Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI will explain the basic fundamentals of flag football. I will then proceed with basic exercises to test for coordination. Keeping everything simple and fun.
Lesson 11+Over 11 lessons a student should know the basic fundamentals of flag football. A student will also be able to be coordinated and have the ability to be a valuable player on any team.
Lesson 4-10In Lessons 4-10 a student will be taught how to run routes and catch while in motion. Students will be able to understand the difference between offense and defense. Students will learn how to pull flags and make adjustments on both offense and defense.
Lesson 2-3A student can expect to learn proper technique and form for exercises and flag football.
What you need to bringI recommend bringing water to stay hydrated during your lesson. Comfortable shoes or cleats. Football gloves can improve your catching ability.
What I can bringI use cones and ladders for footwork drills and other exercises to enhance your speed and agility. I also use a parachute for speed.
