Your first lessonIntroduction: I introduce myself then ask them to introduce themselves. Familiarize myself with there position and how I could help them. They should expect to warmup/stretch, and do basic drills.
Lesson 11+They should expect warmup/stretch, advanced route running, advanced defensive drills advanced defense drills, offensive play development and game strategy.
Lesson 4-10They should expect to warmup/stretch, route running fundamentals, more advanced drills, and real game scenarios.
Lesson 2-3They should expect warmup/stretch, defensive positioning, flag pulling technique and passing routes.
Advanced training plan
Your first lesson Introduction: Introducing myself then have them introduce themselves.(name, position and age) They should expect basic movements like stretch/warmup, catching and ball control.
Lesson 11+They should expect warmup/stretch, advanced training, more intense drills and turning them into high-level competitive flag football athletes.
Lesson 4-10They should expect warmup/stretch, build football IQ and game skills. Route running fundamentals, flag pulling and game situations.
