Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWelcome! In this first session, weāll go over your goals, assess your current fitness level, and walk through basic movement patterns. Expect mobility work, posture checks, and foundational bodyweight exercises like squats, lunges, and planks. Weāll build from the ground upāthis is your starting line!
Lesson 11+Youāre no longer a beginnerāyouāve built a foundation, and now we push forward. Weāll introduce more intensity, compound lifts, interval training, and personalized tweaks based on your progress. Itās about consistency and evolving into your strongest self.
Lesson 4-10Time to level up! Weāll add full-body circuits, light dumbbells, and functional training moves that help in everyday life. Expect sweat, progress tracking, and mini milestones. Youāll begin to feel stronger, more energized, and more confident with every rep.
Lesson 2-3Weāll begin working on your form, core strength, and muscular endurance. Think controlled movements, low-impact cardio, and basic strength training using resistance bands or light weights. Youāll learn how to breathe properly, activate the right muscles, and stay safe.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonLetās dial in your goalsāwhether itās performance, body composition, or aesthetics. Weāll do a full movement and strength assessment, talk nutrition, recovery, and training split. Iāll push youābut smart, not sloppy.
Lesson 11+Weāre deep in the transformation zone. Fine-tuning your body with advanced protocolsādrop sets, plyometrics, heavy lifts, and high-volume conditioning. Recovery, sleep, and mindset are just as crucial here. You train like an athlete, because nowāyou are one.
Lesson 4-10Youāll be cycling through phases: strength, hypertrophy, and metabolic conditioning. Expect periodization, time under tension, superset training, and advanced core work. Your program evolves weekly.
Lesson 2-3Focus: progressive overload, compound lifts, explosive training, and conditioning. Weāll refine form, test thresholds, and prime your body for the weeks ahead. Your workouts will be structured, strategic, and next-level effective.
