Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWelcome! In this first session, we’ll go over your goals, assess your current fitness level, and walk through basic movement patterns. Expect mobility work, posture checks, and foundational bodyweight exercises like squats, lunges, and planks. We’ll build from the ground up—this is your starting line!
Lesson 11+You’re no longer a beginner—you’ve built a foundation, and now we push forward. We’ll introduce more intensity, compound lifts, interval training, and personalized tweaks based on your progress. It’s about consistency and evolving into your strongest self.
Lesson 4-10Time to level up! We’ll add full-body circuits, light dumbbells, and functional training moves that help in everyday life. Expect sweat, progress tracking, and mini milestones. You’ll begin to feel stronger, more energized, and more confident with every rep.
Lesson 2-3We’ll begin working on your form, core strength, and muscular endurance. Think controlled movements, low-impact cardio, and basic strength training using resistance bands or light weights. You’ll learn how to breathe properly, activate the right muscles, and stay safe.

Advanced training plan
Your first lessonLet’s dial in your goals—whether it’s performance, body composition, or aesthetics. We’ll do a full movement and strength assessment, talk nutrition, recovery, and training split. I’ll push you—but smart, not sloppy.
Lesson 11+We’re deep in the transformation zone. Fine-tuning your body with advanced protocols—drop sets, plyometrics, heavy lifts, and high-volume conditioning. Recovery, sleep, and mindset are just as crucial here. You train like an athlete, because now—you are one.
Lesson 4-10You’ll be cycling through phases: strength, hypertrophy, and metabolic conditioning. Expect periodization, time under tension, superset training, and advanced core work. Your program evolves weekly.
Lesson 2-3Focus: progressive overload, compound lifts, explosive training, and conditioning. We’ll refine form, test thresholds, and prime your body for the weeks ahead. Your workouts will be structured, strategic, and next-level effective.

What I can bringIf we’re training at my gym, I have all the equipment we need to get an effective, full-body workout—strength, cardio, mobility, and more. If I’m coming to your location, please note that I do not provide equipment, but I’ll customize the session based on what you have available. Either way, I bring the energy, expertise, and motivation to help you get results!
