If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.

I’m working with Cedric to get into tip top shape for my wedding. I’ve been around 150-160 for most of my adult life and was intimidated at the prospect of bulking because of the weight gain. I’m now around 180, the most I’ve weighed in my life, and I feel great. I find Cedric’s philosophy on food and body weight enlightening. It’s always scary to jump into a commitment with a random person on this app. I took a chance after having a phone call with Cedric and it has been an amazing journey so far. I have been working with Cedric for about 6 months now and am seeing results. He took my previous injuries and made a custom lift plan for me! He reviews my results and makes changes when necessary! I started with Cedric because of a shoulder surgery. He got me to where I wanted to be and now beyond! I also work with Cedric in the food! He counts my calories, monitors my weight, and is with me every step of the way if I have any concerns. He reviews my food and gives me healthy choices or alternatives. I really am learning to make this a lifestyle. The communication is key! Cedric lets you sign up really when you want to have a 15 min convo. Usually this lasts longer. If I have a mid week question he will respond in the app or via text. He will make comments on my food throughout the week as well. He is a 10/10 at his job and also a 10/10 as a person.
