Your first lessonThe first lesson is all about getting to know the athlete. We will assess movement patterns, coordination, strength, balance, and overall fitness while discussing goals and experience level. This session helps create a personalized training plan and ensures every athlete starts with a strong foundation for long-term success.
Lesson 2-3During lessons two and three, athletes begin learning proper exercise technique, body awareness, and training expectations. The focus is on building confidence, establishing consistency, and introducing foundational strength and conditioning movements. These sessions create the habits and skills needed to safely progress in future training.
Lesson 4-10Athletes continue developing strength, power, endurance, and movement quality while progressing to more advanced exercises. Workouts become increasingly individualized based on goals and performance. This phase focuses on measurable improvement, helping athletes gain confidence while building the physical tools needed to perform at a higher level.
Lesson 11+At this stage, athletes have established a strong foundation and are ready for continued progression. Training becomes more goal-specific, with greater emphasis on performance, injury prevention, and long-term athletic development. Consistent participation allows athletes to maximize results and continue building strength, confidence, and overall athletic ability.

Advanced training plan
Your first lessonThe first session establishes a performance baseline and identifies opportunities for improvement. Athletes will be assessed for strength, power, speed, mobility, and movement efficiency. Training goals, sport demands, and current abilities are reviewed to create a structured program designed to maximize performance and reduce injury risk.
Lesson 2-3Athletes begin implementing advanced training principles while refining technique and movement quality. Emphasis is placed on proper force production, explosive mechanics, and efficient movement patterns. These sessions establish the intensity, expectations, and training structure needed to support long-term athletic development and performance gains.
Lesson 4-10Training volume and intensity increase as athletes focus on improving strength, power, speed, agility, and conditioning. Programs become more individualized based on performance goals and sport-specific demands. Athletes are challenged to push their limits while maintaining proper technique and developing the physical qualities needed for competition.
Lesson 11+Athletes enter a long-term performance phase focused on maximizing athletic potential. Training is continuously adjusted to support ongoing progress, address weaknesses, and enhance sport-specific performance. Consistent participation allows athletes to build elite movement skills, improve resilience, and reach higher levels of strength, speed, and overall athleticism.

Youth players
Working with kidsI adapt each lesson to match the athlete’s age, attention span, confidence level, and physical abilities. Sessions are designed to be engaging and positive while teaching proper movement skills through age-appropriate drills and activities. The focus is on building coordination, body awareness, confidence, and a love for being active in a fun and encouraging environment.

Working with teenagersI adapt lessons based on the athlete’s sport, training experience, goals, and stage of development. As athletes mature, training becomes more individualized and performance-focused. Sessions emphasize proper technique, strength development, speed, power, injury prevention, and accountability while creating a supportive environment that encourages confidence and long-term athletic growth.
