Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson is always an initial assessment to see where the individual is physically, mentally and emotionally with regards to this overall health, wellness and fitness goals. This is an opportunity for myself to get a better understanding of what the individual wants to accomplish and also get to them and their interests.
Lesson 11+By this point, I will have a strong foundation of the individual’s capabilities. We will look at where we started, where we are currently at and how much further until the goals are to be met. Once this is completed, we will continue to build success by creating new goals for the future! ✅
Lesson 4-10We will continue to build on what we have learned from lessons 1-3 and start to add a bit more volume and challenges based on the individual’s needs and abilities.
Lesson 2-3During lessons 2-3, I will now understand the individual’s strengths and weakness and will be able to focus on making improvements including short and long term goals. This will allow the individual to see the overall plan to success we will embark together.
Youth players
Working with kidsI am an experienced physical education teacher, coach and fitness trainer and have experience working with kids both girls and boys to further develop their physical abilities. As a father of two children myself, I understand the importance of structure, being on a routine that works and being a good role model. I am a strong advocate for physical exercise, training and overall wellness improvement for our youth. I implement a variety of exercises and training methods based on the individual’s needs. Lastly, I understand that many children and parents aren’t quite sure where to begin, I can resign-ate. Sometimes just getting started can be the most difficult part. I’m here to guide the next generation in a positive direction by providing guidance just like my mentors did for me at this age.
Working with teenagersI have experience working with the adolescent age group. I have coached middle and high school athletes and have personally trained teenagers to help them achieve their fitness goals outside of the classroom. This includes training programs focused on weight loss, muscle gain, cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength/endurance, flexibility and athletic performance.
I have had a variety of students from more beginner levels to advanced levels of ability. Just like any other age group, every individual has different goals which bring different challenges along the way. This is why I tailor the training to best fit the individual.
Lastly, I understand the challenges that this younger generation faces on a daily basis and I want to use my experience to help them grow and become the best versions of themselves while having fun!
