Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson will be an assessment. We will begin by reviewing the written goals my client has made, together. Next we will begin basic movement and stamina assessments. Some examples include -Overhead squat -Single leg stand and walk -Push up test -8 minute run
Lesson 2-3By lesson 2-3 we will incorporate basic movement patterns that will build as a foundation to our strength and conditioning training.
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4-10 we are in full training mode. I expect you to comprehend the basic movements shown to you so that you can begin to perfect them in order to practice them correctly and build upon the movements.
Lesson 11+By lesson 11 you will look, feel and perform exceptionally better! Gain back confidence. Have real world athleticism that carries over into everyday living.

What you need to bring- Comfortable shoes (flat shoes for lifting, running shoes for cardio and agility)

What I can bring- Agility ladders, & wind resistant parachute - Adjustable dumbbells (5-50Lbs), - Weighted vest - Decline sit-up/hyper extension bench, - 10Lb steel mace, - calisthenics expertise
