Your first lesson1st session will be analyzing movement patterns, checking for possible imbalances and weaknesses, performing basic exercises, and building relationship
Lesson 11+Start ramping up technique difficulty and high intensity movements. Hit short term goals.
Lesson 4-10Add in more intermediate level techniques while increasing intensity and volume
Lesson 2-3Continue performing exercises and movements, make any corrections and focus on proper technique

Advanced training plan
Your first lessonPlaying/injury background, analyze movement patterns for potential imbalances and weaknesses, start corrective movements if needed, build relationship
Lesson 11+Now we start getting after it! Heavy lifts with explosive movements, advanced athletic movements, and pushing limits.
